FOR BUYERS
- Buyers who require a business visa to China or African countries must purchase a membership ID card. Each client has their own ID number on the platform. Sharing ID reference numbers with others may result in membership cancellation.
- After subscribing, members can begin to benefit from various services of SHANGHAI GANI, including services on the e-commerce platform www.shanghaigani.org.
- We offer invitation letter request services to clients who choose us as their sourcing agent in China and African countries. The pro forma invoice is part of the documents required to apply for invitation letters at the Chinese Foreign Affairs Office.
- All buyers must provide their business plan (products to be purchased, quantity, quality, technical specifications…).
- The pro forma invoice is sent to buyers. The purchase contract is signed with buyers with a 30% deposit of the total amount on the pro forma invoice. The pro forma invoice is generally valid from 3 to 30 days.
- Visitors have direct access and can instantly purchase and pay on the platform. www.shanghaigani.org
- All buyers in China must comply with Chinese laws and regulations. International buyers must depart on time according to the schedule mentioned on their flight tickets.
- Buyers requesting invitation letters must provide all necessary documents.
- The buying and sourcing services involve quality and quantity control of products. Therefore, we charge additional fees for accommodation, transport, logistics, and meals for visits and factory surveys. Invoices will be submitted upon request from members.
- Product research and inquiry procedures may take 3 to 30 days.
- The membership subscription aims to confirm the credibility of members as authentic, verified customers eligible to be recommended to manufacturers, investors, or sponsors. A product and service purchase procedure may take up to eight working days depending on the product category.
- Misconduct or blackmail will result in membership cancellation.
- Subscription and membership confirmation trigger the opening of client files and assist GANI staff in registering. GANI starts organizing B2B online matchmaking meetings with suppliers.
FOR SUPPLIERS / MANUFACTURERS
- Suppliers and manufacturers sign customer introduction service contracts with the platform.
- After subscribing, suppliers can begin to enjoy free services for one year, renewable, from SHANGHAI GANI, including services on the e-commerce platform www.shanghaigani.org.
- Subscription and membership confirmation trigger the opening of client files and assist GANI staff in registering. The suppliers’ product catalogs are highlighted on the Sinogani.com e-commerce platform, and GANI begins organizing B2B online meetings with serious buyers on the same platform.
- All Chinese investors and buyers must comply with African countries' laws and regulations. Chinese business operators traveling to Africa must depart on time according to the schedule mentioned on their flight tickets.
- In case of visa extension, the platform may provide services. A supplier can only have one client ID card and one password. Suppliers with IDs and passwords can only register in one industry. For example, the e-commerce service platform www.shanghaigani.org in China covers eight (8) different industries:

A supplier ID and password are limited to a single industry. Suppliers with an ID and password cannot display products unrelated to their industry! During a special period, the platform will promote and market by selling platform ID passports. During this period, factories with ID passports can highlight their products without a personal ID passport. The ID passports are intended to verify the seriousness and credibility of investors and factories to recommend them to state institutions.
FOR INVESTORS
- All Chinese investors and buyers must purchase a service ID card. Information, market research, surveys, and collected samples are the responsibility of investors and buyers.
- Chinese investors and buyers must comply with African countries' laws and regulations. Chinese business operators traveling to Africa must depart on time according to the schedule mentioned on their flight tickets.
- In case of visa extension, the platform may provide services.
